Introduction to two-and three-terminal semiconductor devices including; junction diodes, bipolar junction transistors, and field-effect transistors. DC analysis of transistor circuits to establish quiescent conditions is studied. Design of bias stable transistors is discussed. The analysis and design of single and multi-stage amplifiers is studied in depth. SPICE based circuit simulators are used to analyze circuits.
