Catalog description

The course focuses on analysis and practical applications of planning and governance in the supply, development and procurement projects in several industrial applications. Emphasis is also placed on projects such as organizational form, the project’s relation to the permanent organization and the link between the project and the organization’s overall strategy. During the course practical project planning, organization and economic control are addressed and practiced. A number of case studies from various operations are used. The course aims to provide in-depth knowledge on project management, project development and project steering and control in various types of industrial activities. Special emphasis is placed on technology intensive projects such as R&D as well as extensive system delivery projects.
