Prerequisite: none Corequisite: None Restriction: First-year IUP students Description: Develops academic, social, and personal skills needed for success in the first year of college and beyond. Examines topics of organization, study skills, academic and social engagement, educational plans, university policies, perseverance, change, and adaptation to the demands of college life. Explores the major mindsets of Life Design [i.e., action, collaboration, curiosity, process, reframing, storytelling]. Studies the 8 dimensions of wellness; emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, spiritual.
