Prerequisite: None. Corequisite: None. Description: Analyzes how leaders engage within a college campus by evaluating real-world practices and assessing their impact on campus communities. Examines the historical development of leadership and teamwork initiatives that have shaped higher education and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Designs and implements a team-based service-learning initiative that applies personal leadership and teamwork skills to address identified campus or community needs.
