Description: Focuses on applying accident investigation theories and techniques to sectors such as general industry, construction, transportation, and agricultural and research-based laboratories. Explores the contributing factors such as physical, chemical, and biological hazards as well as management deficiencies and human error for each sector. Emphasizes determining sequence of events to develop management actions which will prevent recurrence of accidents.
