Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Respiratory Care majors; Grade of “C” or better in RESP 425 and RESP 426 or by Program Director permission Corequisite: RESP 433 Description: Discusses critical care diagnostic and therapeutic modalities pertinent to respiratory care. Addresses techniques and principles associated with patients in each stage of the continuum of care. Includes management of special populations of patients in acute care, long term care and home care.
