Class Hours: 50 min class, variable time at practicum site Credits: 3-12 Prerequisite: PSYC 101 AND department permission Corequisite: None Restriction: Junior (60 hours) or senior (90 hours) standing at the time of the practicum AND at least 12 credits of psychology courses at the time of the practicum AND overall GPA of at least 2.0 Description: A supervised field placement in an approved professional environment that allows students to apply psychological princples in clinical and related applied fields. Students complete designated hours at their practicum sites while integrating academic knowledge and applied practice through classroom discussions and reflective assignments. Repeated: May be taken more than once to a maximum of 12cr.
