Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Description: An examination of central issues in the philosophy of law, including law and morality, the interpretation of law, and philosophical and legal issues concerning punishment, justice, rights, and liberty. Combines philosophical theory with consideration of selected court cases to develop an understanding of law and its place in society.
