Class Hours: 0 Lab/Discussion: 7.5 Credits: 2.5 Prerequisite: NURS 210 and NURS 316; grades of “C” or better in NURS 330 and NURS 331 and NURS 332 and NURS 333 and NURS 336 and NURS 337; or by permission Corequisite: NURS 436 or by permission Restriction: Nursing majors only Description: Provides opportunities for clinical practice as a provider of care for critical and/or complex, acutely ill clients in a variety of settings. Places emphasis on leadership, management and providing safe, comprehensive evidence-based nursing care. Uses client care technologies, and information systems that support safe, diverse, equitable, and inclusive person-centered nursing care.
