Class Hours: 2 Lab/Discussion: 4 Credits: 4 Prerequisite: MLSC 201 and MLSC 202. Corequisite: none Restriction: Students must be contracted through the United States Army and be in an active contracted status to take this course. Description: Builds confident and resilient leaders that are capable of effective communication at the organizational leadership level. Focuses on the communication process, effective leadership tools and requires students to apply leadership skills in small unit operations. Applies the fundamentals of direct level leadership and small unit tactics at the Army platoon level. At the conclusion of this course, students are capable of planning, coordinating, navigating, motivating and leading a team or platoon in the completion of a common goal. Cross-Listed: No
