Class Hours: 1 Lab/Discussion: 4 Credits: 3 Prerequisite: none Corequisite: none Restriction: none Description: Introduces the personal challenges and competencies that are critical for effective leadership. Teaches the importance of personal development of life skills such as critical thinking, resilience, holistic health and fitness, and communication process. Provides training in squad and platoon level tactics beginning with Team and Squad Basic Components, Basic Movements, Basic Patrolling, and Battle Drills that will be the foundation throughout their military careers.
