Catalog description

Prerequisite: Appropriate mathematics placement or permission of the Mathematical and Computer Sciences Department chairperson. Corequisite: None Description: Prepares mathematics and science students for the study of Calculus. Topics include a detailed study of polynomial, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions. Integrates the development and application of effective strategies for learning and applying mathematical content intended to prepare students for Calculus.
