Analyzes the decisions leaders make that can either foster or inhibit the productive outcome of team-based technical projects. Examines how practices such as goal setting, constructive feedback, conflict resolution and continuous improvement can lead to efficient teams that can consistently meet project goals in natural science, health science and engineering.
