Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Grade of “C” or higher in KINS 221 or BIOL 150 Description: Provides the anatomical and physiological basis of muscle function. Students also gain an understanding of changes that can be made through strength training and conditioning, along with knowledge of programs that will bring about these changes. Opportunities for working with various types of equipment are available.
