Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Description: Examines necessary skills that an educator should use to mitigate safety risks and to respond to emergencies in multiple environments with an emphasis on the natatorium. Involves learning to teach children and adults basic swimming and water safety skills. Provides the opportunity to earn CPR/AED/First Aid and Water Safety Instruction certifications.
