Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 2 Credits: 4 Restriction: Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Early Childhood Education/Special Education major or Early Childhood Education major Description: Introduces the major concepts and principles of ecology and their application to modern living. Includes lecture and laboratory components with an emphasis on the content and processes of science. Laboratory exercises reinforce lecture topics as well as the use of laboratory equipment, measuring procedures, experimental design, and the organization, visual representation, and analysis of data.
