Prerequisite: ENGL 122 OR LITT 121 (or HONR 201 for Honors College students) Corequisite: None Restriction: N/A Description: Introduces the theory and research on teaching literature and reading in the middle and secondary school. Explores a socio-psycholinguistic approach and cognitive approach to reading, reader response theory, and classroom-based research on teaching literature.
