Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Description: Explores gender roles through experiential movement and the embodiment of popular key genres and dances including current trends. An interdisciplinary, multi-perspective, survey of the roles of women and dance from a historical, cultural, and spiritual vantage point followed by reflective writing and discussion. Requires a final performance project.
