Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Prerequisite: BIOL 203 or BIOL 241 Description: Examines how our genes play a role in disease and diet. Includes a fundamental background of genetics, as well as specific diseases that are caused by defective genes. Explores how nutrition interacts with the genome and its impact on health and disease.
