Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3 Prerequisite: 3.25 cumulative GPA; 3.5 GPA in Asian Studies courses Restriction: Asian Studies minor, departmental permission. Approval is based on academic appropriateness and availability of resources. Description: A two-semester sequence of research and writing, culminating in an honors thesis or project. Honors theses are completed individually under the direc­tion of a professor who specializes in the student’s area of interest and are approved by a thesis committee comprising the thesis director and two others. Repeated: May be taken twice for a total of 6cr.
