Whether a profit/nonprofit corporation or a sole proprietor LLC, this class covers how to start and run a mission-driven arts organization. Using the arts as a basis, this course covers the practical steps to create and manage an arts organization. Topics covered span legal/financial founding, mission statements, boards, audience development, programming, arts business plans, and more.
