The course focuses on learning to read and write in literary braille and provides an introduction to Nemeth and other specialty braille codes as well as discussions on braille literacy instruction. Enrollment by program permission only. Note: SPED 653 is a hybrid blackboard course. Attendance is mandatory at weekend seminars and face-to-face classes as arranged.
