Foundation knowledge at the graduate level about generalist social work practice at all levels of practice; will address the purposes, values, ethics, history, processes, roles, and methods of social work. Emphasis on self-awareness, cultural competence, social and economic justice, critical thinking, rural practice, and developing a professional identity.
