Catalog description

This course in project management and quality management will enable the student to understand the significance of quality in relation to customer satisfaction and organizational cost and how project management contributes to the strategic direction of organizations. In addition to learning concepts, students will learn applicable skills and technology tools to facilitate effective project and quality management. Prerequisites: BUS 205 or MATH 241 or AHS 240 or consent of Department Chairperson
