Catalog description

Roles of the nurse providing care to adults and older adults in hospital and community settings are introduced. Application of critical thinking and clinical judgment skills to promote optimal health and provide care to clients experiencing or recovering from illness is emphasized. Prerequisites: NURS 209, 218. and 309 Note: Three classroom hours and an average of six clinical hours per week.
