Catalog description

This course builds knowledge and skills essential for the use of computerized systems as tools in healthcare professions. Application of information technology in healthcare settings including accessing and evaluating available resources, computer use in organizing and manipulating information, and use of technology in teaching-learning environments are content areas explored. Prerequisite: Successful completion or concurrent enrollment in Junior Composition Other Restrictions: Requires 45 earned credit hours or more at time of registration.
