Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to enhance students’ understanding of the nature and purpose of organizations and familiarize them with organizational design principles and approaches. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis and evaluation of organizational settings and the impact of technology on organizational design and effectiveness. Prerequisite: MGT 301 or 371.
