Catalog description

Development and refinement of quantitative literacy through the study of quantitative linguistic analyses and the examination of language phenomena. The course is taught in English. Prerequisites: B or better in high school Algebra II (Parts I & II), or appropriate math placement score (12 or higher), or MATH 025 with a C or better, or MATH 035 with a C or better, or MATH 115, or MATH 116, or MATH 131. Undergraduate Core Curriculum: Quantitative Literacy or Calculus (2026)
