Leadership Fusion

Leadership Fusion is an upper divisions topics course that encourages students to explore the multifaceted relationships between leadership and various subject areas. The course draws from faculty across campus in order to provide students with multiple perspectives on the notion of leadership. The course, in its investigation of leadership, fosters reflection, preparing students for leadership roles in a wide range of fields. The course takes a holistic approach to both knowledge and pedagogy, blending historical perspectives with contemporary wisdom and forward-looking concepts to empower students as future leaders in their community.
