Catalog description

This course explores the scientific foundations of athletic performance with an emphasis on applying physiological, biomechanical, and nutritional principles to coaching practice. Students will examine how the body responds and adapts to exercise, analyze sport-specific energy and movement demands, and design evidence-based training strategies that enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
