Lecture and studio. Residential construction systems and methods applied in technical design drawings. Discussion of liability, fire safety and environmental concerns. Custom design, performance evaluation, square footage estimating, and preliminary specifications with manual and CAD applications. Prerequisites: IAD151, 140, and 160 or consent of instructor. Successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in IAD 230 and 251 or consent of instructor.
