This course explores career development as a lifelong, dynamic process shaped by work, life, and organizational factors. Students will examine contemporary career theories, self-assessment tools, and organizational strategies that promote individual growth, engagement, and well-being. Emphasis is placed on understanding work–life integration, and the evolving nature of careers in the 21st century workforce. Students design evidence-based career development initiatives that align human capital goals with employee well-being and organizational sustainability. Prerequisites: Successful completion or concurrent enrollment in BUS 371
