This class investigates same-sex desire, heterosexuality, homosexuality, and the regulation of sexual and gender identities across different racial/ethnic and class/regional communities including a focus on Native American, African American, Latino, Asian American, and international studies, with texts from law, anthropology, history, music, film, fiction, and theory. Prerequisites: GNDR 200 or 301 or 400 or 401 or 403 or 450 or 475 Notes: Students may also register with the consent of the instructor
