Data-driven techniques for defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling the quality of products, processes, and systems. Includes Pareto, FMEA, and quality cost analyses; reliability testing; control charts; and applied statistics, e.g., t-tests, anova, and correlation. Prerequisites: MATH 115 or 116 or 129 or 131 or 241 or appropriate Math placement score (MTA 21)
