Catalog description
Students will explore research-based core practices that promote academic learning such as setting learning goals, using formative assessment results to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction, choosing and creating summative assessments, communicating student progress with families, and analyzing student work. Preservice teachers will enact these core practices in both virtual and face-to-face learning environments. Notes: Course may only be repeated once in order to receive a passing grade Prerequisites: Admission to BCP-1 Corequisites: ELED 250 Other Restrictions: Criminal Background check required
