Catalog description

(TransferIN) A survey of the historical significance and social impact of media. Students will learn about multiple media forms, including radio, television, film, digital, and social media and engage issues and questions about media practices, products, and programming (e.g. media convergence, advertising, neutrality, representation, commercialism, and globalization).
