A continuation of CHEM 321. This course is a comprehensive study of the fundamental principles and applications of modern instrument-based analytical chemistry. Prerequisites: CHEM 321, 321L, and concurrent enrollment in 421L. Note: Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
