Topics include atomic structure, physical properties of gases, nomenclature, molecular bonding and geometry, mass relationships in chemical equations, and thermochemistry. Prerequisites: Old SATM 510 or New SATM 540, ACTM 21, Maple TA score of 12, MATH 099, MATH 112, MATH 115,MATH 116 or MATH 131 or a C or better in MATH 035. Successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in CHEM 105L.
