Catalog description
Biogeochemistry is the study of how living systems influence, and are controlled by, the geology and chemistry of the Earth. The course explores major chemical, biological, and geological processes that occur within and between terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems on geologic and human time scales. Notes: Open to graduate students. Graduate students are required to do additional work of a research nature.
