Each junior and senior student is required to be involved in an internship. The individual student, in consultation with the internship director, chooses to work under a ministry supervisor for at a time. The program is designed to enable the individual to acquire experience in a ministry with which he/she hopes to be involved on a full-time basis after graduation and involves working one-on-one with a mature spiritual leader who is already experienced in that field..
