Catalog description

This course is designed to prepare students to be effective teachers of emergent bilingual (EB) students, value their bilingualism and biculturalism, and apply an asset-based approach to educating students whose first language is not English. Not for credit towards the bilingual or ESL endorsements. Should not be taken in addition to TCH 419, TCH 420, and/or TCH 424. Prerequisites: TCH 498a03 with concurrent enrollment.
