Catalog description

Explores how population and the environment intersect and society’s ability to adapt to it. It is designed both as an introduction to populations studies, and an advance seminar with deeper understanding of how population relates to poverty and sustainable development, access to health care and climate change. Prerequisites: 60 hours earned. SOC 106 is recommended
