This course is designed to equip educators with the essential knowledge and skills effective teacher leaders. Participants will explore the multifaceted role of teacher leaders and how they can influence and support their colleagues at school building- and district-levels. The course emphasizes the development of critical leadership skills, fostering a culture of collective care, and promoting teacher well-being.
