This course will prepare teacher candidates to use evidence-based practices designed to simultaneously promote language development and content knowledge in inclusive and special education settings. Teacher candidates will learn to collaborate with a team to utilize culturally and linguistically responsive assessment to design accessible, culturally sustaining lessons that align with students' needs.
