Emphasis on business ethics and corporate social responsibilities. Areas of concentration include contracts, torts, agency and business associations, government regulation of business, securities, labor, and employment law.  Prerequisites: A minimum of 15 hours completed. ECO 103 or 105; or ECO 101 and 102 completed or one completed and concurrent registration in the other.
