Generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy. Analysis and design of three-phase circuits. Representation of power systems and per unit normalization. Power system economics and optimization. Analysis of symmetrical faults and components and unsymmetrical faults. Computer-aided problem-solving. Prerequisites: ELE 275.
