This introductory course introduces Artificial Intelligence (AI) for non‑majors, covering core concepts, real‑world applications, and ethical issues. Students gain hands‑on experience with simple programming and data tools to understand how AI systems support prediction and decision making. The course emphasizes: AI literacy for all students; Critical thinking about AI opportunities and risks; Hands-on exploration; and Ethical and societal implications. No prior programming experience is required.
