Seminar in the Rhetoric of Race and Trauma

Catalog description

Application of rhetorical theory and research through examination of race and trauma. Readings focus on race, rhetoric and trauma in order to frame a rhetorical theory of trauma. Students will produce work that places emphasis on the effects of trauma on BIPOC individuals (Black, Indigenous, and people of color).
