Independent Study

Catalog description

Intensive work in a special area of the student's interest. Each individual project is to culminate in a comprehensive written report or examination, or creative work. Open only to students who are not on academic probation and who have demonstrated an ability to profit from independent study. Maximum of 6 hours may be applied toward graduation. Project approval required by school director and instructor prior to registration.
