Students will apply scientific principles relating to the contemporary techniques utilized in the analysis of physical evidence. Students will also gain a basic understanding of what criminalistics entails while preparing for additional, more in-depth classes in criminalistics/forensic science. Prerequisites: Not for credit if earned credit in CJS 360a19.
